11th and 12th grade students are eligible for two excused absences per year for college/military visits providing they meet certain criteria and submit the Excused Absence Request for a College/Military Visit form within prescribed timeline. A student absent from school for this reason that completes, submits, and receives approval by administration shall be allowed to complete all assignments and assessments missed during the absence that can be reasonably provided and upon satisfactory completion within a reasonable period of time shall be given full credit.
